Deutsches Museum

Hello World,
So I yesterday I went to the Deutsches Museum. It was wonderful and Huge!!! Three of us decided to go and even though we were there for 4 hrs we saw only about a quarter of the Museum. We started off in the ship section, then moved to planes, trains and automobiles. I learned so much! Then we went to this section that had trippy, 3-D versions of things. Then we went to the old school musical instrument section. Then to a 1950s Germany exhibit and finished off the day by looking at water droplets slide down black ramps (which actually was way better than I can explain). Birthday

Hey All,
So yesterday was my Birthday! I got to hang out with some wonderful people. We chilled at a park and then some of us went to the club. Not the best decision that I made but I got in for free.  We also did some touring of churches. They were gorgeous!
Has anyone else had a splendifourous day?

Re-cap of my life

Hey guys,
Sorry for not posting for a while it has been a very interesting and exciting week and I have had little downtime. Sooooo I started school in Munich. It's fun stuff. It is nice to meet people from all over who are learning German at the same rate. Munich is really pretty, but a little to inner city for my taste. We are always doing something, like looking at churches, going to castles or going out at night. It is nice to have those things when I am bored, but when I'm tired I just wanna sleep! Even if there is nothing planned the city is always awake (except Sundays). I think I just need to find a rhythm in the city that I can follow, but that comes with time. We went on a day trip to Salzburg Austria. It was BEAUTIFUL! They have this wonderful garden that we stopped at and someone happened to be getting married. They were adorable. Congrats to the couple btw! I took as many pictures as I could before my camera decided to play dead. I will try to post some with the post, but I can't promise anything.

P.S. My Birthday is coming up soon. What should I do? 

Ich bin sehr mude

Today has been a long one. After a long flight and a lot of school I am exhausted. We toured around the city and saw some wonderful churches and memorials. The cobblestone streets are gorgeous and the weather is perfect. I like it when it is a bit cold. I am using every muscle in my body to stay awake until at least 9:00 pm.  Any tips for jet lag?

Already gone...

Well kind of. We are leaving tomorrow for Germany. It is crazy how close we are to reaching our destination. Well just a quick update: We are staying in dorms and the first night that I got a key card and I key I lost it... :( but luckily my roommate is crazy wonderful and she has been so flexible about being there when I need the door opened! Awesome! We saw the city and went to the Department of State. It was interesting and very informative. We have a long day tomorrow and especially Friday. I don't know how I will be able to stay awake (most likely through caffeine and bright lights). Well to all reading this at night sweet dreams. To all who are just waking up Good Morning, and to all who are at that 2:30 feeling have a nice time drinking 5-hour energy.

I feel so close to Germany right now...

I leave so soon and I only have one suitcase of gifts packed. Am I screwed?  I don't know but I feel rushed. Anybody have any traveling tips? Especially on long flights?
